This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
bracketed gable hood over the front stoop. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance with 1/1 doubile-hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features
one central brick chimney and one metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is
perpendicular to the street.
