This detached one-story single-family gable-fronted corner residence has a square plan with a central entrance with bracketed hood, flanked by a pair of double-hung one-over- one shuttered windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features a concrete block chimney which rises exposed from the ground at the center of the north face of the house. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to Brady Street and parallel to Fridley. The entrance is accessed by concrete stairs.
