This detached one-story single-family gable-fronted residence has a square plan. The facade has a central entrance with bracketed gabled hood, flanked by two windows. The window to the left of the entrance is double-hung, with a one-over-one sash arrangement. The window to the right of the entrance is a combination of fixed and casement. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a central chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. The entrance is accessed by concrete stairs with a metal pipe handrail on the right side.
