This detached one—story single—family gable—fronted residence has a square plan. The facade is symmetrical with a central entrance with bracketed gabled hood, flanked by a pair of double-hung two-over-two windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features two metal stovepipes. The axis of the roof is • perpendicular to the street. The entrance is accessed by concrete stairs.
