This detached one-story single-family gable-fronted residence has a square plan. The facade is symmetrical with a central entrance with bracketed gabled hood, flanked by a pair of double-hung two-over-two windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and has a metal stovepipe at the right front of the crest. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. The entrance is accessed by concrete stairs with a metal rail on the right side. A picket fence surrounds the lot.
