This detached one-story single-family gable-fronted residence has a square plan.
The facade has an offset central entrance with bracketed gabled hood, flanked by a
Pair of double-hung two-over-two windows. The frame construction is finished in
asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in
red and grey asphalt shingles and features a central chimney. The axis of the roof
is perpendicular to the street. The entrance is accessed by wood stairs.
