PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an enclosed gabled side entry addition, of more modern materials. The two-
bay facade consists of an offset entrance flanked by shuttered fixed and
casement windows on the principal bay and a fixed shuttered window on
the secondary bay. The frame construction is finished in drop siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with black
asphalt singles and features overhanging eaves and an exterior concrete
block chimney rising from the ground beside the front entrance. The axis
of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage
and a shed of similar materials.
