This detached 1z=story single-family residence has a square plan with a projecting front wing which serves as a garage. The facade consists of a recessed gable-fronted bay with offset front entrance and triple fixed windows at the upper half-level . The front face of the projecting front bay has paneled garage doors mounted on a slight shed-roofed addition. The frame construction is finished in horizontal composition siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shingles and features two brick chimneys at the rear. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. The rear central block sits on a raised foundation. Its raised entry is accessed by an unsheltered stoop with stairs. The materials, of the stoop are obscured by outdoor carpet and siding.
