These detached multi-family apartments , one-story high, are rectangular in plan and are located behind one another at 414 North Bozeman. The frame construction is covered with pressed board and asbestos shingles on 414, and masonite at 414z No. Bozeman. The off-center gable roofs are covered with green grey asphalt shingles and have metal flue chimneys. Windows are fixed or sliding. There is a carport on the west of the structures.
