This detached one-story single-family residence with elements of the
foursquare workingman 's cottage has a square plan with recessed corner
entry. The facade consists of the recessed entrance porch with parapet,
squared corner post, and pediment-like gable above, sheltering the front
entrance. Its frame construction is finished in aluminium siding and sits on
a concrete foundation. It has a hipped roof and double hung windows. The
roof is covered with red asphalt.
