This detached one-and-one-half story industrial structure has an irregular plan with irregular balconies and shed-roofed dormers and solar clerestories. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a side entrance with a combination of window styles. The frame construction is finished in shiplap siding on the upper level and concrete on the ground level . The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The saltbox roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
