This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with
a shed-roofed front porch with solid railing. The one-bay facade is symmetri-
cal and consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows.
The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shakes and features boxed
eaves and two brick chimneys. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the
street. .

associated with this property.
