No sewer/water permit PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed entry and a two-car attached garage. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance flanked by fixed awning-type windows. The frame construction is finished in brick and rests on a low concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered witn cedar shakes and features an interior masonry chimney and a metal flue. 1 HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. This residence property was designed by H. C/ICheever for use as a parsonage for the First Methodist Church.
