Subject: Bozeman new positions
Hi Terry, hope you're enjoying your new position and thanks for your efforts. I understand the City is
planning to hire n affordable housing director and a media manager. I feel these positions aren't
necessary and new positions shouldn't be created. They take funds and just because Bozeman is
growing, money shouldn't be spent just because its available. i also feel that the downtown atmosphere
must e maintained. The Element is not a good addition and I question the size of the Lark addition. Also,
the U.S. Bank should be encouraged to remove the UGLY facade and return it to its original beauty. They
spent millions in Minneapolis, so they could sen some in Bozeman to be a good partner. Thanks and
