This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence in the Bungalow Style has a square plan with shed dormer in the roof, open front porch with a gabled roof and brackets. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance with 6/6 double-hung windows and a 10/1 window. There are daylight windows in the foundation. The frame construction is finished in beveled wood siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asbestos shingles and features one shed dormer and overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is one offset exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include an attached rear shed or garage of similar materials. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
