Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with a gable-roofed enclosed front entry. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance flanked by an exterior stone chimney and casement and fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and lies parallel to the street. There is a flat- roof addition to the left rear. ` HISTONICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,impertanl events,and/or historlcal patterns associated with the struclurEw,sile and swrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any j significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. Chaffin, Presdient and manager of the northern Automobile Co. Harry L. Prigge, whose name appears on the water permit for this site, may have been involved with the financing or construction of this house. His name appears in no city directories.
