This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
a shed-roofed enclosed front entry. The one-bay facade is symmetrical
and consists of a central front entrance with double-hung windows. The
frame construction is finished in 12" hardboard siding and rests on a
concrete foundation. The gable roof features overhanging eaves with exposed
rafters. and has a central metal stovepipe and lies perpendicular to the
street. Outbuildings include a ten-unit motel with a flat roof of similar
materials.
