PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central recessed front entry with 1211 double-hung windows and fixed windows , sided by black shutters. The dormer as decorative 27-pane windows. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding with shingle decorative trim and rests on a foundation that has been covered with brick veneer to match the exterior chimney. The gable roof is covered with grey interlocking asphalt shingles and features a gablec dormer and boxed eaves. There is a central brick chimney and a large modern exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. The front yard features mature plants and trees. Outbuildings include a garage of vertical siding with added shed roof. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
