PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan. The
one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central recessed front entry
with 1211 double-hung windows and fixed windows , sided by black shutters.
The dormer as decorative 27-pane windows. The frame construction is finished
in bevel siding with shingle decorative trim and rests on a foundation that
has been covered with brick veneer to match the exterior chimney. The gable
roof is covered with grey interlocking asphalt shingles and features a gablec
dormer and boxed eaves. There is a central brick chimney and a large modern
exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. The
front yard features mature plants and trees. Outbuildings include a garage
of vertical siding with added shed roof.
