Non-contributing due to altered fenestration and extensive additions,
this simple Bungalow is nevertheless a significant component of the
streetscape, and reatins original detailing and massing. It is one of
several built by local builder Lou F. Sievert in Bozeman in the 1930' s.
In 1940, William H. Vance, a teacher at the Gallatin County High School ,
was living here.
