PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached two-story multi-family residence has an irregular plan
with an enclosed shed-roofdd front porch , a two-story bay window
on the front facade with an individual gable roof, and an open entry
stairway on the south for the upstairs apartments. The frame construc-
tion is finished in stucco with shingles in the gable ends and rests
on a concrete foundation. Windows are 1/1 double-hung and cottage
sash windows , with leaded stained glass in front. The gable roof is
covered with green asphalt shingles and lies perpendicular to the
street, having full returning eaves in the gable ends. Outbuildings
include a rear shed.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic
district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
