This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a hipped front porch with gable overdoor, a shed-roofed side addition ,
and a symmetrical facade with 1/1 and 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame
construction is finished in horizontal composition siding and rests on a
low concrete and rubble foundation. The gable roof is covered with light red
asphalt shingles and features a ridgepole of finial balls and boxed eaves.
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include
a two-car garage of similar materials.
