PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-story single-family gable-ended residence has a
rectangular plan. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists
of an offset front entrance flanked by two windows with 4/4 and 6/6
sash arrangement, a concrete stoop, sliding sash, and shingled gable
end. The log or frame construction has an exterior surface of logs
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
wood shingles and features overhanging eaves and one central offset,
interior stovepipe, The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
Outbuildings include a detached one-car garage.
HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributing element
with a potential historic district due to its association with the
residential aspect of the Progressive phase of Bozeman's historic/
architectural development.
