The facade f consists of three large overhead garage doors symmetrically arranged, but with a + glass-paned entrance situated between the central and east overhead doors . A 1 large sign reading, "Frank Manseau's Auto Clinic" occupies the center of the gable end. The building is constructed of metal, and has vertical corrugated metal on the l exterior. It rests on a concrete foundation. The broad gable roof is covered in metal. Its axis if perpendicular to the street.
