This detachEa one-story single-family residence is gable-ended and has a
rectangular plan with rear multiple additions and a shed-roofed open entry porch.
The facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned entry flanked by
two double-hung one-over-one windows. The shed-roofed entry porch has wooden posts
at the corners and a wooden porch stoop. The frame construction is finished in '
drop siding at the facade and asphalt sheathing on the sides and rear. The structure i
rests on a molded block concrete foundation. The gable roofs are covered in wood
shingles and feature overhanging eaves, a brick chimney to the rear, and a metal
stovepipe to the rear. The axis of the central block gable roof is parallel to
the street.
