This detached one- and one-half story single-family upright and wing residence has an L-shaped plan with a shed-roofed corner entry at: the interior angle of the "T." The facade consists of two bays. The gable-ended bay has a pair of double-hung one- over-one windows centrally placed and a gable-fronted by has a fixed transomed Window at the first level and a double-hung one-over-one window at the second half level. The entrance is located on the side of the gable-fronted projecting bay. The frarae construction is finished in white asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roofs are covered in grey interlocking asphalt shingles and have two interiorl, metal stovepipes near the ridgeline of the gable-ended wing .
