This detached two-story single family residence has an upright-and-wing design and a T-shaped plan. The front is symmetrical with central entrance flanked by two double-hung windows 2/2. A hip-roofed entry porch shelters the principal features of the facade, and frames them with four turned wood posts, a simple grill valance, a geometrically spindles balustrade, and a lattice-like porch apron. The frame construction is finished in drop siding with corner boards and rests on a cemented rubble foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shingles and features a pair of interior brick chimneys at the ridgeline of the roof of the central block, which is parallel to the street. A detached garage is located in the rear. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
