PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structurelsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached 1z story L-shaped single-family residence has a facade consisting
of vertical cedar boards (new) on the gable ends and brick coursing painted
red. There are fixed casement windows on the first level and smaller fixed
windows at the gable ends at the second-half level . The front entry has been
rebuilt with new wood steps and entry deck, and is covered with a shed roof.
The gabled roofs are covered with rust-colored asbestos and have new roof
trims, soffits, etc. The windows, sills , and lentils are also new. There are
two metal flues and an enclosed rear proch. The corner entry located in the
joint of the two sides of the L has four wood turned columns. There is a
detached metal shed in back.

Research in the sources consulted Chis survey has not yielded any
significant T:�istorical information - uncerning persons or events
associated with this property.
Significance: This- structure qualifies as a contributing element within a
potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect
of the Civic Phase of Bozeman' s historic/architectural development.
INTEGRITY: Assess the degree to which the structure/site,and surrounding area accurately convey the historical associations of the
property.
The historic integrity of this property has been retained due to the survival
of original design and continuity of use, setting and location.
INFORMATION VALUE: Explain how the extant structure/site may demonstrate or yield information about its historic use or construc-
