This detached one-story single-family upright-and-wing residence has an ell-shaped plan with shed-roofed front entry at the interior angle of the ell . The facade consists of two bays. The west, gable-ended, bay features an offset front transomed entrance with shed-roof porch, sloping sideways as an extension of the slope of the gable-fronted east bay. Both east and west bays have two double-hung windows with 1/1 sash arrangement. All four vertical windows on the facade have segmental brick arches and concrete sills. Its frame construction is finished in brick in running bond and rests on a cemented rubble foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey-green asphalt shingles and features a central metal stovepipe. There is a detached garage behind. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
