This detached single-family residence is one-story high and has a
rectangular plan. The frame construction is finished in white asbestos
siding and sits on a concrete foundation. The single front entry
has a gable roof supported by knee braces and windows are 4/1 and 6/1
double-hung. The gable roof is covered with light green asbestos
shingles and there is a flat roof on the attached garage of novelty
siding.
