This detached one-story flat-roofed commercial structure has a square plan
with a rear addition which is long, rectangular with gable roof and novelty siding
which is used for storage. The facade has two entrances flanked by continuous bands
of fixed store-front windows. An imitation mansard roof forms a parapet above the
facade. The structure is sided in horizontal hardboard siding and rests or a
concrete foundation. The flat roof is covered with built-up roofing material
and has what appear to be a metal stovepipe and an air conditioner on the roof.
