TERMINATION OF EASEMENT

THIS TERMINATION OF EASEMENT, dated this 30 Hvday of ~I ,
1981, by the United States of America, acting by and thro gh ~e Regional
Forester, Forest Service, Department of Agriculture,
WHEREAS, City of Bozeman, a municipal corporation, granted to the United
States of America an easement for Bozeman Creek Road No. 979, Switchback
Pass Road No. 1783, and South Fork Bozeman Creek Road No. 1784, dated
April 15, 1981, and recorded May 14, 1981, as instrument No. 86316 in Book
63 of Miscellaneous, page 742, County of Gallatin, State of Montana, which
easement contained the following provisions:
"If the Regional Forester determines that the road, or any segment
thereof, is no longer needed, the easement traversed thereby shall
terminate. The termination shall be evidenced by a statement in
recordable form furnished by the appropriate Regional Forester to
the Grantors or their successors or assigns in interest."
WHEREAS, the undersigned has determined that the United States of America
has no further need for said easement.
NOW THEREFORE, this TERMINATION OF EASEMENT is executed for the purpose of
showing that it has been determined that the United States of America has
no further need for the easement and that the easement pursuant to its
provisions has ceased and terminated and is hereby canceled.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the United States of America, by its Regional Forester,
Forest Service, Department of Agriculture, has executed this TERMINATION OF
EASEMENT on the day and year first above written.

instrument, who, being,by me duly sworn according to law, did say that he

of Agricultu . and that said instrument was signed in behalf of the United
States of Am r ca by its authority duly given and by him delivered as and
for its act and deed. And he did further acknowledge that he executed said
instrument as the free act and deed of the United States of America, for
the purposes and consideration herein mentioned and set forth, and I do
hereby so certify.
