PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structurelsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one and one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with
projecting front shed-roofed entry portch. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and
consists of a central glass-paned entrance flanked by one double hung one-over-one
window and one fixed window with upper fixed light. A double-hung ore-over-one
window marks the upper half story in the front facing gable end. The shed roof
of the front entry is supported by turned wood posts. The frame construction is
finished in aluminum siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof
is covered with wood shingles and features a west-facing cross gable with returning
eaves and a small window. The eaves are bracketed and over-hanging and there is a
centrally laced interior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to
the street. Outbuildings include a garage of similar material.

a potential historic district due to its association with the residential
aspect of the Progressive Phase of Bozeman Is historic/architectural
development.
