This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a gable roofed front porch. The symmetrical facade consists of a
central entry with 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished
in asbestos shingles and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is
covered with cedar shingles and features a shed-roofed dormer across the front.
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
