This detached one-and-one-half story multi-family commercial structure has
a square plan with and enclosed front entry under a shed roof. The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset entrance with fixed and
double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in clapboard and
rests on a concrete foundation. The gable-shed combination roof is covered
with wood shakes and features dormers and boxed eaves. There is an interior
brick chimney. There is a connection between two houses which is out of
style with both houses.
