TERMINATION OF EASEMENT

THIS TERMINATION OF EASEMENT, dated thi s 3t1 fA..- day of <--.)u.&} ,
1981, by the United States of America, acting by and through t~ Regional
Forester, Forest Service, Department of Agriculture,
WHEREAS, City of Bozeman, a municipal corporation, granted to the United
States of America an easement for Bozeman Creek Road No. 979 dated
September 3, 1958, and recorded November 12, 1958, as instrument No. 23206,
in Book 129 of Deeds, page 213, County of Gallatin, State of Montana,
which easement contained the following provisions:
"Provided, however, that if at any time this easement, or any
highway constructed thereon, shall be abandoned by the United
States or its assigns, the rights and privileges hereby granted
shall cease and terminate and the premises traversed thereby shall
be freed from said easement as fully and completely as if this
indenture has not been made."
WHEREAS, the undersigned has determined that the United States of America
has no further need for said easement.
NOW THEREFORE, this TERMINATION OF EASEMENT is executed for the purpose of
showing that it has been determined that the United States of America has
no further need for the easement and that the easement pursuant to its
provisions has ceased and terminated and is hereby canceled.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the United States of America, by its Regional Forester,
Forest Service, Department of Agriculture, has executed this TERMINATION OF
EASEMENT on the day and year first above written.
