This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an irregular plan with a side hall and a wrap-around shed-roofed porch with concrete steps. The tw-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset transomed front entrance with 2/2 double-hung windows and one fixed window. There is a front oriel window in an octagonal shape. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles (probably added) and the foundation is not visible. The cross-axial gable roof is finished in cedar shingles and features an interior brick chimney. The main axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. There have been no alterations. Research in the sources consulted in t survey has not yielded any significant historical information conce ning persons or events associated with this property.
