This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an irregular
plan with a side hall and a wrap-around shed-roofed porch with concrete steps.
The tw-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset transomed front
entrance with 2/2 double-hung windows and one fixed window. There is a front
oriel window in an octagonal shape. The frame construction is finished
in asbestos shingles (probably added) and the foundation is not visible.
The cross-axial gable roof is finished in cedar shingles and features an
interior brick chimney. The main axis of the roof is perpendicular to the
street. There have been no alterations.
