This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a gable-roofed front-facing extension adjoining a partially=enclosed hip-roofed porch with spindle cornice. The frame construction is finished in clapboard with corner trim and sits on a concrete foundation. Windows are 1/1 double-hung. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features returning eaves and a central interior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
