PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This one-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a flat roof
extension over the side entrance supported by five squared wood columns.
The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consist of a glass-paned side entrance
with storefront windows and glass panels. The concrete block construction
rests on a concrete foundation. The flat built-up roof has vertical wood on
the roof projection. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
