This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed flat-roofed side porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows and a bay window on the side porch. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable-gambrel combination roof is covered with cedar shingles and features dormers and bosed eaves. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the street.
