This detached one-story commercial structure has an L-shaped plan with upper
level cedar sided boxed overhang. The asymmetrical facade has an offset
front entrance with sloped and glazed fixed windows. The concrete and earthbern
construction is finished in horizontal cedar siding on the top and stucco on
the street level and has a flat roof.
