This four-story industrial structure has a square plan with no windows or
doors in the front facade. The shaped concrete construction rests on a concrete
foundation. The flat roof features an ornamental concrete cornice on one
side. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include
a quonset hut.
