This detached one-story single-family residence which has been converted
to commercial use, has a square plan with an enclosed front porch projected
diagonally from the front corner and including a shed overhang to the side
accessing the entrance. The brick construction is covered with cement
asbestos shingles and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is
covered with asphalt shingles and there is a bay window on the front
facade. Other windows are 1/1 double-hung and fixed on the porch.
The axis of the roof lies perpendicular to the street.
