The T-shaped plan has a side-entrance and 2/1 double-hung windows and casement windows in the back section. There is no porch. The frame construction is finished in vertical wood channel siding and the cross-axial gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and supported with knee braces. The axis of the main roof is perpendicular . to the street.
