This industrial structure has a square plan with a mansard-style roof projection
above the front facade. The asymmetrical facade consists of a central front
entrance with aluminum storefront windows. The construction is finished in metal
siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
metal and lies parallel to the street.
