This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a steep gable-roofed front vestibule. The frame construction is finished in masonite lapped siding, has 2/2 double-hung, 4-pane casement and fixed windows. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street., and is covered with cedar shingles. It was probably built by Frank E . Hoey , employee or owner of the Bozeman Sheet Metal Works , for he and his wife , Hermina Hoey.
