This detached one-story single-family residence has an ell-shaped plan with
a gable roof over the front entrance and an attached garage at the rear.
The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front
entrance with one fixed window. The frame construction is finished in white
asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is
covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a central
metal stovepipe.
