This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
a recessed front porch under an inset gable roof and an attached garage (hipped)
inset into the main gable roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists
of an off=center front entrance with fixed and 2/2 double-hung windows. The
frame construction is finished in manmade shingles and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable-hipped combination roof is covered with green asphalt
shingles and the gable portion lies perpendicular to the street with the hipped
portion behind.
