This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an
arched hood over the front door. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an off-center glass-paned front. entrance flanked by eight-paned
fixed windows and 2/2 double hung windows. The frame construction is finished
in 8" lapped siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is
covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and one central
brick chimney.
