This detached one-story single-family workingman's cottage has a square plan with a shed roof over the stoop. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by two double-hung windows with a 1/1 sash arrangement. The porch roof is supported by three posts. The frame construction is finished in masonite siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed, over- hanging eaves. There is one central brick chimney. Outbuildings include a garage.
