PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan
with two shed-roofed additions, on on each side. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an offset wood front entrance on one facade and one double=hung
1/1 window on the other facade, and one fixed window with a stained glass transom.
The frame construction is finished in shiplap siding and the foundation is not
visible. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingle on the south and
cedar shingles on the north. The house has boxed overhanging eaves and one central
brick chimney. Outbuildings include a garage.

significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.

potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect
of the Civic Phase of Bozeman's historic/architectural development.
